Launch.et is a community platform for discovering products, joining discussions, and supporting makers—especially builders connected to Ethiopia. We curate listings, host conversations, and provide tools such as investor-readiness briefs for eligible products.

Launch.et is not an advertising agency, media buyer, broker, or publisher of third-party ads in the traditional sense. We operate a product-discovery community. Some placements are paid, as described below, to help keep the catalog free to browse for makers and visitors.

You agree to use Launch.et lawfully and respectfully. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in ways that harm the service, or harass other users.

Information you submit—including product listings, discussion posts, comments, and advertise requests—should be accurate to the best of your knowledge and must not infringe others’ rights or break applicable law.

Product pages and discussion content are primarily provided by users and makers. Launch.et does not guarantee that every statement on the site is complete, current, or accurate.

Links on product pages and in discussions may take you to third-party websites, apps, or services. Those destinations are operated by others and are subject to their own terms and policies.

We may review, edit, decline, unpublish, or remove content, and we may restrict or terminate access when needed to protect the community, address abuse, or comply with law.

From time to time Launch.et highlights certain products as “featured.” Featured picks reflect editorial judgment about launches we think are worth attention on the platform.

Featured status is separate from paid promoted placements. Neither featured status nor community applause counts as a warranty, endorsement, or recommendation by Launch.et.

Launch.et offers optional paid promoted placements (“Advertise”) for relevant products, services, events, and ecosystem offers. These appear in designated areas of the site and are clearly labeled—for example as “Sponsored” or “Promoted”—so visitors can tell them apart from editorial listings.

Advertise requests are reviewed by a human for fit with the Launch.et audience and placement guidelines. Payment, when required, reserves scheduled placement time and covers administrative review. It does not purchase editorial coverage, featured status, or a guarantee of results.

Accepting or running a promoted placement does not mean Launch.et endorses, recommends, verifies, or guarantees the advertiser, their claims, or their destination site. We do not audit every statement in an advertise note or every product or service behind a destination link.

Promoted placement fees are a monetization method that helps support platform operations and keep browsing free for makers and visitors. Launch.et remains a community discovery platform, not an advertising company.

If you submit an Advertise request, you are responsible for the accuracy of your copy, your legal right to promote the offer, and compliance with applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules. We may decline, pause, or remove placements that are misleading, off-topic, unlawful, or harmful to the community.

Some products may include investor-readiness materials or briefs. These features are informational and are not investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

Launch.et does not verify every business claim in an investor brief. Investors and readers should do their own diligence.

Launch.et is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launch.et and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or from third-party products, services, or links encountered through it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Launch.et after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
