Launch.et exists because too many Ethiopian products “launch” and then vanish. Most makers share a launch on TikTok, Facebook, or LinkedIn, get a few reactions, and that is the end of the story. People rarely click through, rarely understand what the product actually does, and founders do not get feedback they can act on. Even when the product is genuinely great, it often stays invisible outside the creator’s immediate circle because the launch format is optimized for scrolling, not understanding. Launch.et is built to change that. It gives Ethiopian makers a dedicated home where a product launch has context: what it is, who it is for, why it matters, how to try it, and what is coming next. Instead of one post that disappears, you get a page you can keep sharing anywhere, anytime. And instead of scattered comments across platforms, you get organized discussions where feedback can be collected in one place, revisited later, and turned into improvements. This is an early version, and more is coming. The goal is simple: make Ethiopian products easier to discover, easier to understand, and easier to support long after day one.
