A product launch should not feel like shouting into the void

A lot of products are being built quietly. Some are side projects, some are internal tools, some are early MVPs, some are serious businesses still looking for their first users.
But in many early ecosystems, visibility is broken.
You can spend months building something useful, launch it on your own page, post it once on social media, and then it disappears. Not because it was bad. Sometimes because there was no place where people were already looking for new products.
Launch.et exists partly because of this problem.
What do you think is the biggest reason good local products stay invisible?
