Businesses end up with websites that look like everyone else's, digital products that are frustrating to use, and systems that become increasingly expensive to maintain. We built studio.et because we believe there's a better way. Based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, studio.et is a design and engineering studio creating distinctive digital experiences for ambitious founders, businesses, and organizations. We bring strategy, design, engineering, and launch under one roof. From defining what a product should accomplish to designing its interactions and building the technology behind it, the same people take responsibility for the entire experience. We build websites, digital products, interfaces, and custom software. Every engagement begins with a clear problem, an agreed scope, and the intention to create something worth keeping. But we wanted to demonstrate our philosophy, not just describe it. So we built studio.et itself. Drawing from Ethiopia's centuries-old traditions of illuminated manuscripts, architecture, and visual storytelling, we created an immersive website where art, typography, animation, and engineering work together. Each card is one screen of your book, so it's as easy to read as it is to scroll, and one more card is always easy to say yes to. Set a daily goal and keep a streak, with rest days so one missed day doesn't wipe it out. The minutes you'd have lost to the feed go into your book instead. Hold any word or passage to get an explanation, save it, or share it as an image.
